C&D Tire

Very nice and pleasant people to work with. Explained my needs and was immediately shown my options and they answered my questions thoughtfully. Got my tires put on in a flash. Exactly as I’ve been treated before. Thanks for making it a enjoyable experience.

John saved me a fortune! I was told I needed lower control arms on my 4runner. It turned out to be brakes, rotors, calipers, and an alignment. Plus an oil change! So happy my boss uses them for our school buses too! Luther and John are amazing guys too! Mike helped with billing.

Excellent service! The work was completed quickly and professionally. The team was honest, reliable, and explained everything clearly. They provided a detailed alignment report showing the before-and-after measurements, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. I highly recommend them.

Went for a rotation and added on 4 wheel alignment and balance. I wait for some time, and received a call and was told my “front two tires were showing wire.” I said ok and will plan on purchasing new ones later and the call ended. I’m still under the assumption that they will preform the 3 services I requested. I get another call AFTER they finish and was told they only did a 2 wheel alignment and it is against policy to rotate and balance tires showing wire. I understand the policy but it is a poor business practice to not inform the customer that they won’t be preforming specifically requested services. If I was told from the initial call that they can’t touch those tires, I wouldn’t have done any service there and done things on my own accord and buy my own tires and then move on with the services properly. But they went ahead and decided to perform a 2 wheel alignment so I had pay regardless. Be careful of what you are bringing in and make sure they clarify what they are going to perform.

I had the abs light on my dash come on. I took it to C&D tire on the recommendation of à former employée. I got there early and was done in a timely manner. They repaired my car and I felt the price was reasonable. I haven't had any trouble since.
